Returns
All claims must be made within ten days of receipt of merchandise. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorized approval and a return authorization number. Please allow up to ten business days for processing a return for credit. The credit will not apply to shipping charges. Absolutely no returns after sixty days. Discontinued merchandise cannot be returned.

Shipping
Please allow up to 2 weeks for production and delivery. Orders will be shipped to Fulton Bank, East Petersburg Branch, and then delivered via Fulton’s inter-branch delivery system. Orders requiring special shipment instructions must be approved in writing prior to placing the order.

Sales Tax
A 6% PA Sales Tax will be charged to applicable merchandise. Clothing items are tax-exempt.

Terms
Credit card payments only through this online system. Other payment arrangements must be approved in writing prior to placing the order.
